We want you to be happy with your Decorvana purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What can be returned?

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't return items without contacting us first.

Exceptions:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your unwanted item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union Customers:

If you're located in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. The same eligibility criteria apply.

Refunds:

We'll notify you once your return is processed and approved.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
